Food Unwrapped Came To Visit
Delightful TV chef Matt Tebbutt came to our pork scratchings factory in Wigan with his film crew to see how the popular bar snack is made.
Our Managing Director, David Openshaw, proved why he is so admired in the industry with his extensive knowledge and expertise, some of which he dispensed to Matt during a day of filming on site. David also shared his experiences over his 40+ years in the industry. They don't call him the Pork Scratching Baron for nothing!
One of our long standing members of staff, Marg, revealed she was a secret fan of the chef, so we made sure we got a picture for her to treasure.
